Harvest 2024: let’s start
Once we left in mid-September.
Then came the “nordic” vines, chardonnay and sauvignon. And it started at the end of August.
Then the seasons were no longer those of once.Then we started the third week of August.
Now we understand that it is not the seasons that have changed.
Everything has changed: this year we started to harvest on August 9th…
